What is the Elev8 India Sportz EIR Program?

The Elev8 India Sportz EIR Program is a six month long immersive hands-on venture-building initiative for those who are ready to move fast from idea to MVP to investable startup.

We partner with ambitious entrepreneurs to identify, validate, and build early-stage sports ventures that can create meaningful community impact while becoming scalable, sustainable businesses.

This is an embedded co-building opportunity. A cohort based program.

What We Offer

EIRs at Elev8 India Sportz receive structured, high-touch support across every stage of early venture/product creation

Studio Resources to Build Your MVP

EIRs get access to Elev8 India Sportz' internal resources and venture support to rapidly design, test, and launch their MVP.

Embedded Operational Support

From product strategy and go-to-market planning to partnerships and hiring, we will work alongside the EIRs to build strong early foundations.

Network & Ecosystem Access

Tap into Elev8 India Sportz' network across the sports ecosystem — athletes, leagues, institutions, sports federations, community organizations, brands, and investors.

Mentorship & Expert Guidance

Work closely with experienced operators, industry leaders, and domain experts across sports, community development, and venture building.

Funding & Capital Access

Upto INR 50 Lakh (~$55,000) funding if your idea resonates with who we are. This capital will be deployed to run the venture as a project to gauge PMF post which we can provide further formal funding based on the project success.

Program Outcome

The goal of the Elev8 India Sportz EIR Program is startup creation.

By the end of the residency, EIRs will have:

Validated a high-potential opportunity

Built and tested an MVP

Developed a clear go-to-market and growth roadmap

Positioned their venture for external funding and scale by Elev8 India SportZ or other open market investors

The strongest ventures may continue building with Elev8 India Sportz' ongoing support and investor connections.
